Psych Care Associates PC of Ludlow, MA is a mental health/substance abuse private practice with offices in suburban western Massachusetts. We provide high quality behavioral health, addiction treatment and psychiatric care in a private and confidential outpatient setting. We provide a comprehensive range of medical therapies, procedures, psychotherapy and psychiatric services by a board certified psychiatrist and staff of mental health professionals. Our specialty practice offers individualized treatment plans in order to meet each patient’s unique needs.

Adult outpatient and clinical psychiatrist (F/T)

Adult outpatient and clinical psychiatrist (F/T): psychiatrist will provide individual assessments, family intervention treatment, and psycho-pharmacological management. Also will provide oversight and Clinical Services to clinical staff in specialty areas of adult ADD, binge eating disorders and anxiety disorders clinic.

Adult outpatient psychiatrist (F/T, P/T)

Adult outpatient psychiatrist (F/T, P/T): psychiatrist will be part of a specialized interdisciplinary treatment team and provide evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, psycho-pharmacological care and consultation to area and primary care practices

Nurse practitioner (F/T, P/T)

Nurse practitioner (F/T, P/T): must be MA licensed as advanced practice nurse and be ANCC certified. Master’s degree in nursing from an NLN-accredited graduate school. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an outpatient multidisciplinary behavioral health facility. Federal DEA Massachusetts prescriber registration and health plans credentials or eligible required.

Physician Assistant (F/T)

Physician Assistant (F/T): bachelor’s degree and Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program are required. Director of Marketing and Strategic Growth

Required Education:

  • Master of Business Administration, Management, or closely related field. Foreign equivalent is acceptable.

Required Travel:

  • Occasional domestic travel is required. 20-25% of all working days in 1 year will be spent traveling internationally, mainly to Pakistan and Singapore.

Job Duties:

  • Reporting to the CEO, identify areas of growth in local and international markets by devising a global business development plan and formulating promotional strategies to market the practice’s treatment services;
  • Identify potential strategic alliances and acquisitions that will support strategic growth initiatives;
  • Represent the practice in international markets and present the practice’s treatment services to international audiences;
  • Research the markets for transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment domestically, in Boston, Connecticut, and other local areas, and internationally, focusing on building a patient base in Pakistan and Singapore;
  • Understand market drivers of demand and establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key domestic and international stakeholders and contacts;
  • Define gaps in treatment services and market presence and strategize to implement solutions;
  • Explore new technologies and treatment machines available in the field of transcranial magnetic stimulation to maintain the practice’s competitive advantages;
  • Assist CEO in day-to-day management of the practice and recruitment of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and physician’s assistants;
  • Lead the strategic growth of the practice by preparing monthly business reviews and business assessment updates; taking into account profit and loss statements and other financials of the practice.
  • In addition to holding a Master of Business Administration, Management, or closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable), this position requires 1 year of experience in developing marketing strategies, directing business growth, and leading organizational design on a global scale.

The specific demonstrated experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in transferring extensive data and other research findings into comprehensive reports on viable markets and the current status of a business and using those reports to establish plans and the strategic direction of a business;
  • Demonstrated experience successfully collaborating with executive management;
  • Demonstrated experience determining short- and long-term objectives of a business;
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating projects aimed at achieving established objectives and determining and staying within the budgets of those projects;
  • Demonstrated experience successfully introducing new technology to an identified target market;
  • Demonstrated experience developing and leading successful marketing campaigns.
